What I love most about my job:
Watching my clients smash PR’s and overcome plateaus. I also love teaching my clients on how to lift safely and effectively, and how to maintain that level of strength.
How I keep a healthy lifestyle:
By strength training (4 days/week). Hiking during the summer and skiing during the winter. And YES, I also do cardio (3 days/week). My favorite style is HIIT: beep test or assault bike, or both!
