What I love most about my job:
I love to help people. When they come to see you they look for
guidance and support. I like to give them the information that they need to help themselves get
into the best physical shape of their lives. Once they start to see things change, you can see
more confidence and motivation come out of them ... it is such a wonderful feeling.
How I keep a healthy lifestyle:
I love to stay active. I workout 5 times per week. On my rest days I like to
take active rest. I play ball hockey in the summer as well I am an avid golfer and also enjoy
playing tennis. In the winter I play ice hockey and enjoy downhill skiing. Traveling is my other passion as well as
taking my dog for nice, long walks!
